Day 1 – May 23
Arrival in Dubrovnik
Your Croatian adventure begins as you arrive in the enchanting city of Dubrovnik. After settling into your carefully selected accommodation, take time to refresh and prepare for the journey ahead. As the sun sets over the Adriatic, we'll gather for a welcome cocktail reception followed by an exquisite dinner at one of our hand-picked local restaurants.
Day 2 – May 24
Dubrovnik – Pearl of the Adriatic
Discover why Dubrovnik is called the "Pearl of the Adriatic" as we explore this UNESCO World Heritage treasure. Marvel at the extraordinary medieval architecture and walk atop the majestic walls. Our guided exploration takes you along the famous Stradun, where you'll encounter the historic Onofrio Fountain, the Church of San Biagio, the Rector's Palace, and the Franciscan Monastery with one of Europe's oldest functioning pharmacies.
Day 3 – May 25
Pelješac Peninsula & Korčula Island
Embark on a wine lover's dream as we journey to the prestigious Pelješac Peninsula, Croatia's most celebrated wine region. Experience family-run wineries in the charming micro-villages of Dingač and Postup, savouring renowned Plavac Mali wines. Continue to the captivating island of Korčula, legendary birthplace of Marco Polo, and enjoy a hands-on cooking class learning traditional island desserts like klašuni and cukarini.
Day 4 – May 26
Konavle Countryside Cooking
Journey to the rustic Kameni Dvori estate for an unforgettable cooking experience alongside celebrity chefs Anna & Michael Olson and talented local culinary masters. Roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in authentic Croatian cooking techniques before savouring the delicious results during a magnificent lunch. Return to Dubrovnik for dinner at another carefully selected local restaurant.
Day 5 – May 27
Montenegro Excursion
After a relaxing morning, set off on an exciting cross-border adventure to Montenegro. Arrive in the medieval fortress city of Kotor, dramatically positioned on the deepest fjord in the Mediterranean and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore the atmospheric historic center, including the magnificent Cathedral of San Trifone and elegant Venetian-style palaces. Enjoy an authentic Montenegrin dinner before returning to Dubrovnik.
Day 6 – May 28
Ston Oyster & Maritime Adventure
Travel to the historic town of Ston, world-famous for its ancient salt pans and pristine oyster and mussel farms. Board your private boat for an exclusive journey to the oyster farms. Your floating feast begins with a welcome aperitif, followed by the freshest oysters harvested directly from the sea, traditional buzzara, and expertly grilled fresh fish — combining breathtaking sea panoramas with exceptional flavours.

Free Day & Farewell Dinner
Today is yours to embrace at your own pace. Explore more of Dubrovnik's hidden corners, indulge in relaxation at the hotel, or simply wander the charming streets soaking in the Mediterranean atmosphere. As your Croatian journey draws to a close, we'll gather for a farewell dinner at a special local restaurant, celebrating the memories we've created together.
Day 8 – May 30
Departure
As your extraordinary Croatian adventure comes to an end, we'll assist with your departure transfers to the airport. Take with you not just souvenirs, but unforgettable memories of a journey that has masterfully woven together culture, breathtaking landscapes, and exceptional flavours.
