About This Journey

A Spanish gastronomy experience with Anna Olson exploring Barcelona and the Catalonia region. From Gaudí's masterpieces to the Dalí Museum, from Boqueria market to Cava wine country.

Guests enjoyed hands-on cooking classes, dined at a restaurant opened by pupils of the legendary Ferran Adrià, and explored the vibrant culture and cuisine of one of Spain's most exciting regions.

Itinerary Highlights

Day 1

Welcome to Barcelona

Check in at 4-star Hotel Cram. Meet and greet. Welcome tapas dinner on Paseo de Gracia.

Day 2

Sagrada & Cooking

Guided visit to Gaudí's Sagrada Familia. Shopping on Passeig de Gràcia. Evening cooking class with Anna Olson and local experts.

Day 3

Cadaqués & Figueres

Dalí Museum in Figueres. Lunch at Compartir in Cadaqués — opened by pupils of Ferran Adrià of El Bulli.

Day 4

Espluga & Wines

Countryside winery visit. Lunch at Art Restaurant. Free time in the medieval town of Montblanc.

Day 5

Barcelona Culinary Tour

Tour of the famous Boqueria market. Walk through La Rambla and Gothic Quarter. Lunch at Barceloneta historic restaurant.

Day 6

Cava Wine Region

Transfer to Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Winery visit and wine tasting. Optional Barcelona cocktail experience.

Day 7

R&R in Barcelona

El Born neighbourhood exploration with gourmet stores. Unforgettable farewell dinner.

Day 8

Hasta la Próxima!

Final breakfast and departure.
