About This Journey
An unforgettable culinary experience touring one of the most scenic and spectacular areas of beautiful Southern Italy. From the crater of Vesuvius to the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast.
Guests made fresh mozzarella at a buffalo farm, explored ancient Greek temples, tasted Naples' legendary street food, drove the iconic Amalfi Coast road, and discovered “extreme wines” grown on impossible cliffsides.


Itinerary Highlights
Welcome to Italy
Arrival in Rome. Welcome dinner at Roof Garden restaurant.
Towards the Amalfi Coast
Guided hike on Mount Vesuvius to the crater. Wine tasting and lunch at Cantine del Vesuvio. Transfer to Sorrento.
Cooking with the Pros
Farm-to-table experience at Fattoria Terranova — picking ingredients and cooking alongside Anna, Michael, and local chefs.
Mozzarella & Paestum
Visit Vannulo farm for fresh buffalo mozzarella. Ancient Greek temples of Paestum (600 B.C.). Wine tasting at Vini Marino.
Naples Street Art & Food
Multisensorial Naples experience — markets, graffiti, street food: pizza portafoglio, cuoppo napoletano, sfogliatelle, and babà.
Amalfi Coast & Wine
Scenic drive through Positano. Visit Marisa Cuomo winery and their 'Extreme Wines'. Lunch with wine pairing. Free time in Amalfi.
Pasta, Limoncello & Pizza
Afeltra pasta factory in Gragnano. Limoncello tasting. Dinner at 'Da Gigino' — birthplace of pizza by the meter.
All Roads Lead to Rome
Visit Casale Marchese winery (7 generations). Lunch with wine pairing. Transfer to Rome. Farewell dinner.
